We did it! We did it! We did it!
After yesterday's brutal workout, I was ready to quit, give up, be a real loser and not The Biggest Loser. BUT I sucked it up, I made a plan, I walked back through that door, I donned my Biggest Loser t-shirt, I step up next to Shirley, and we kicked some butt!
We did 45 minutes of circuit training that was brutal, but we did it! Those 45 minutes burned over 1100 calories! YEAH! I have to say, we both loved our trainer for the night - Shawn. He was so upbeat and motivating. At one point, I was really struggling with one machine; and he came over and took on some of the weight of it and simply encouraged me to keep going.
Anyway, after the circuit training, we jumped on the treadmills for 15 minutes to end the hour.
Even though The Biggest Loser workout was over, Shirley and I were not done! We limped off to the locker room to shimmy into our bathing suites for water aerobics! Trying to get my suite up with my noodle arms was quite a feat! BUT we got on our suites and did 60 minutes of water aerobics!
I never would have imagined that I, Amy Day, could do 30 minutes of exercise let alone 2 HOURS! YES! 2 HOURS!
I am woman hear me ROAR!!! AND see me sweat too!
